What is the SuppleMax Shipping Policy?

We aim to deliver your ordered products/items in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.  

All products pricings are inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Delivery Processing -  

• All orders are processed on the same or next working day.
• Orders / items are shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• Large/bulk quantity purchases may add 1-3 business/working days to shipping. Unit/Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
• Post shipping, transit time for delivery would be about 1-2 days for inter-city orders (our dispatch is done from Mumbai). It may take between 2-5 days for deliveries outside Mumbai. Some remote or interior locations may occasionally take a few more days.
• If we foresee any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone so that you can confirm / modify / cancel the order as per your convenience..
• We shall endeavour to do our best to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. However, we will not be liable for late delivery happening due to natural calamities or any other unforeseen problems beyond our control.
• In the event of any dissatisfaction with the delivery received, you may opt to return the product/s as per the terms of our Returns Policy.
